Our focus is on protecting the freedom to vote and turning participation into real power—especially in the lead-up to the mid-term elections. We provide clear, accurate voter education so people know their rights, key deadlines, and how elections actually work.
We lead get-out-the-vote efforts and public outreach to reduce confusion, counter voter suppression, and help eligible voters make a plan to vote. Through tabling, education, postcard parties, and community engagement, we work to increase turnout and strengthen confidence in our democratic process.

Ballot Question:
Question: Should the Constitution of Virginia be amended to allow the General Assembly to temporarily adopt new congressional districts to restore fairness in the upcoming elections, while ensuring Virginia's standard redistricting process resumes for all future redistricting after the 2030 census?
Background / Recommendation:
Voting YES on this amendment is about restoring fairness and leveling the playing field. This redistricting amendment is a temporary measure that will leave Virginia’s bipartisan Redistricting Commission in charge when lines are scheduled to be redrawn in 2031. In essence, with this amendment Virginia Democrats are asking “voters for permission to counter Donald Trump’s unprecedented race to rig congressional districts” says David M. Poole in the Virginia Mercury, January 22, 2026.
