As of 2/7/26, these 3 amendments have been signed by Governor Spanberger, but must be approved by voters to be added to Virginia's Constitution. All three will be on the ballot for the General Election November 3, 2026.
These amendments enshrine rights for all Virginians in our state constitution. Please share the word on these amendments with your fellow Virginians. Download a table top display here: November 2026 - Virginia Constitutional Amendments
